We moved out a few weeks ago, having a final garage sale tomorrow to clear out the crap, and have booked the following for next week -

Monday 23rd April - demolition fences go up, including one to protect the pool
Tuesday 24th April - disconnection from electrical grid
Thursday 26th April - demolition commences (State Demolition), eta 5 business days
